Abyssal Escape killers: 2011x, Furnace and evolving phases

The developer names two Abyssal Escape killers so far, 2011x and Furnace, and says there are more. Every Killer uses an evolution system that moves it into more lethal phases as the match progresses, and each has unique voice acting and dynamic chase themes.

Named entities

KillerWhat is published
2011xNamed on the official listing as one of the playable entities.
FurnaceNamed on the official listing as one of the playable entities.
OthersThe listing says "and more" without naming them.

The listing does not give stats, abilities, or unlock costs for any Killer. This page will not invent them. The flame-heavy thumbnail art fits the Furnace name, but the developer does not label which character appears in each image, so the captions here only describe what is shown.

The evolution system

Instead of starting at full power, a Killer evolves into increasingly lethal phases as the match goes on. The number of phases and what triggers each one are not published. What it means in practice is that Survivors face a rising threat, which pairs with the escape timer they are trying to burn down.

Voice and chase music

The developer highlights immersive audio: unique voice acting for the entities and chase themes that react to the action. Players who rely on sound to track a Killer's approach should keep game audio on.
